It's always disappointing when you take the time to apply for a role you're really interested in and excited about and attend the interview. It's been 1 month and I haven't heard anything. I've sent 2 follow up emails asking for an update and no reply. This to me is always an indication of the company and perhaps lack of time management/ organisation skills in addition to not caring about the people.
