Interview
HR Round:
Purpose: Assess soft skills, cultural fit, and motivations.
Focus: Communication, personality, goals, and teamwork.
Common Questions:
"Tell me about yourself."
"Why this college?"
"What are your strengths and weaknesses?"
2. Technical Round:
Purpose: Test your knowledge and problem-solving in your field of study.
Focus: Subject-related questions, coding (if relevant), problem-solving, and practical scenarios.
