1st call from a recruiter then a 2nd more comprehensive interview with the head of marketing. The questions that were asked were how relevant my experience were in regards with what he was hiring for. He also explained the position and exactly what they are looking for (ie. someone with experience with snail mail marketing/ email marketing, etc). Overall easy interview but know your strengths beforehand.

Alles in allem ein sehr guter und netter Austausch. Es waren sehr viele verschiedene Interviews mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartnern. Vom Abteilungsleiter in Deutschland bis zum Head of Marketing in den USA.

3 stages talking to different members in the Marketing team, sometimes long lengths in between each stage followed by an in-depth background check. First phone interview followed by in person interviews.
