Contact by a recruiter who put me in touch with them, initially this began with emails, followed by a phone conversation, and multiple video conferences with multiple individuals. In the end however I was told I had a great skillset, but they had no positions that matched up. Frustrating that so many interviews steps were made and contacts, only to learn this at the end.
