I went through 5 rounds of interviews. Not really seeing that the CEO did not show up to the last interview. I sat there for 20 mins and no communication whatsoever. Reached out to the recruiter, she was very nice and apologetic, told me she would reach out to him, couple hours later I was told he had an “emergency” and simultaneously that the role was filled btw I was also told they were hiring for 2 positions for the role. Less than 2 weeks later the role has been reposted. I’ve seen many people say this has happened to them. The people there seem nice, based on the reviews I’ve read leadership seems to be the problem. I feel bad that they have to put up with that just to have a job.

4 stage interview going from with the first being 15 minutes, the 2nd 30, 3rd 30 and lastly the 4th 30. Easy questions, relaxed environment, quick process. They respond quickly. However, CEO didn't ask any good questions, spent half the time talking about himself, didn't really ask any competency questions and cut the interview right at 30 minutes. No feedback to be expected. Considering the reviews it looks like the company has had alot of people quitting and are looking to rehire.
