    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Ford Motor Company (Provo, UT (US)) in September 2015.

    Interview

Two Mechanical Engineers asked me questions for a half hour. They were very kind and not too intimidating. I could tell that I definitely would have been more impressive to them, though, if I had had more experience with cars. What seemed to be one of their main concerns was whether I really wanted to live in Michigan long term.

    Interview

They took me out to dinner and asked about my interests. They didn't ask any technical questions or any behavioral ones. It was very low key and was more about finding me a good fit and a good group to work with in the company. Overall a very pleasant experience.

    Interview

All behavioral questions, no technical questions asked. However, they do want you to incorporate your projects into your answers, and will ask you high level technical questions about those projects. They really emphasized group work, so make sure you can talk about the dynamics within your previous teams.
