I applied on Glassdoor, and was contacted maybe a week later by email to set up a screening. The recruiter I spoke with was so personable, and transparent with how quickly the hiring process would be. After speaking with her, I was given an IQ assessment. Upon completion, I was contacted again that I would move to the next phase of speaking with a team lead. The team lead asked general questions of situations I had been through and wanted a general background of my experience. After about maybe two days they reached back out to invite me on site for a 2.5 hour long interview. I spoke with four different people all the way up to the director of the department. A very enjoyable experience, not difficult, but yes nerve racking. bug focus on how I communicate with others, especially with technical topics. Some of them are not the most transparent with their expressions so it’s hard to identify if their perception was positive or negative. About four days later I received an email asking to talk. Upon receiving that call, I was made an offer. One of the Best day of my professional life thus far.
