very comfortable with the way the company is functioning more hands on things approach to the users.
head of IT and HR will be doing the interview both are very nice and understanding,
to many paper work including 2 tests, took roughly 1hr and 30 mins to 2 hrs. no time to complete the paper work. Questions were easy. Seemed like the IT Director did not know what he was doing.
