Online Assessment (OA) Round: This was the initial screening round, where I was tested on my technical skills, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities. The assessment covered a range of questions, including logical and multiple-choice questions on static and english.
Technical Interview Round: In the second stage, I faced questions designed to assess my understanding of programming fundamentals. The interviewer started with intro then a few basic coding problems, requiring me to explain my approach and write efficient code. Following the coding questions, I was also asked SQL-related questions that tested my knowledge of database concepts, query writing, and optimization strategies. This round highlighted my technical proficiency and my problem-solving approach.
HR Interview Round: The final round was the HR interview. Here, the questions were focused on understanding my motivations, strengths, and fit for the team. It was more conversational, aiming to assess my communication skills, adaptability, and cultural alignment with the company.
