Interview

Since I am an not living in the U.S. the complete interview process was through phone calls and skype interviews. The interview started with an initial phone call with HR agent, then followed by a couple of more calls with higher HR employers and the final part of the interview was a skype interview with my future manager and co-worker. Then they asked me to submit samples of excel, powerpoint and word that could reflect my business skills.

    The interview process consisted of telephonic interviews and weekend assignments. There were four telephonic rounds of interviews in total. The co-ordination of HR between the interviewer and the candidate was good. Telephonic interviews lasted for about 45 minutes each. There were two weekend assignments, consisting of preparing presentations on the given topic. Based on the presentation, next telephonic interview was scheduled. Interviewers check your past experiences and capabilities thoroughly over the telephonic interview. The overall process went smoothly, but the company did not offer good enough pay.

    I only had 1 interview with my line manager (Director). He was very friendly. Asked me about my job experience, how I approach reports, how I interacted with clients.

    Hiring process included initial HR round, followed by Case study and telephonic interviews. Final round was face-to-face interview which involved presentation of the case study. The whole process is extremely slow with a gap of 4 days to a week between two rounds. After final round, got call after 10 days saying that I have been selected. But since then it has been nearly 2 months but have not received the offer letter

    They called me first though my resume posted in Monster, They then conducted a telephonic Interview, Later they conducted a interview where I had to present a slideshow on a specified market. After That there was a HR round which was pretty easy to clear. Sometimes they do conduct a written test trying to evaluate your writing skills.

    Well I did not press a lot during the negotiation phase, for it seemed pretty obvious that their pay package was very contained and there is no flexibility in the envelope.
