I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Fulfillment Center Services (Delaware, OH) in Dec 2023
Interview
It was okay. There were 2 rounds. The company doesn't have any employee benefits and has bad management. The seniors bully juniors. The HRs don't listen to employees. Bad company and bad management. Employees are paid based on the number of hours you manually work on the laptop and if the laptop is idle even for a few mins you're not paid for that time.
