The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Fulton Financial Corporation (Freehold, NJ) in Feb 2008
Interview
Applied online, very simple quick skill assessment. Got called into the interview, a lot of questions about sales background and money handling. Looking for smiling faces and positive people! Everyone seemed nice, just dress professionally and do not be shy. They want outgoing people who will actively engage customers. After the interview its up to you to get finger printed and a drug test.
It was interesting to say the least, nice people it seems like. The interview lasted maybe 10-15 minutes but they seemed very excited to talk to me. They provide an overview of what was expected for the position
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Fulton Financial Corporation (Mullica Hill, NJ) in Jun 2018
Interview
Was emailed to set up a phone interview. I emailed back my availability the same day, but got no response for over a week. Recruiter emails me 1.5 weeks later and asks to call me the next day. Easy 10 minute phone interview and scheduled in person interview at the branch for two days later. Easy half hour interview with branch manager. 2 weeks go by without hearing anything. Sent two follow up emails with no response. Randomly get emailed from recruiter asking if I would be interested in a different position at the branch. I reply and once again, I have yet to hear anything back.
