3 round interview Technical round 1:- basic Technical round 2:- specific topics Technical round 3:- more depth on these topics Covering from basic electrical engineering to advance relay protection. Also more depth in the substation automation protocols like IEC61850, modbus ascii/rtu, dnp3 and more.

I had two interviews. The first one was a phone screening with HR. The second one was with the team (managers, leads, and engineers). It was heavily based on my past experiences and my experiences with the softwares.

2 Interview + recruiter screening call. First with direct manager and second with the TA leader. Technical interview was a bit challenging, given that included also technical questions about the company profile

Coding assessment consisted of 2 problems both 30 min. each. Problems weren't too difficult, and then behavioral interview after that stage. Star formatted questions. Stuff like why do you want to work here, how does your skills align with this position

total 3 rounds- technical, managerial and HR in total interview almost went for 80 minutes all the interviewers were really good and friendly. questions asked were mostly from my resume like internship experience projects areas of interest etc.
