Mostly behavioral questions. About 5-6 questions. Talking about projects, initiatives, and leadership. Wanted to see how you deal with problems. Example of working in teams, making a mistake, taking an initiative. Focus of GE principles. Only one interview

What is one time you made a mistake and what did you do correct your coarse
There was first an AI screening invitation and then a virtual interview that was about interest in the company and energy industry along with behavioral questions. The people who were the interviewers were overseas but were friendly. Overall not bad.

Fue por internet, estaba dificil. Te hacian preguntas muy técnicas y la preparacion era de 30 seg, había en unas que hacer dibujos y explicar funcionamientos tecnicos, la verdad hay que prepararse mucho para ese formato de entrevista
