Gannett Fleming Interview Questions

1 hour long online Interview through school website. I already worked at this company before so the interview process was smooth. I was asked about my Revit and AutoCAD skills.

Interviewers were very kind and the whole process was pleasant and laid back. It was through Zoom and consisted of two people: my mentor and a higher up. They asked me a lot of questions about my resume.

Regular and smooth with Gannett Fleming staff. No strange questions were asked. However, some position need to go through the contract authority which would drag the length of interview process. Generally speaking, pretty good.

The interviewer seemed unprepared and flustered. They didn't ask who I am and what I do, instead they assumed my experience level and commented what they thought my experience level should be. At the end of the interview, they tried to low-ball my asking salary.

Hr had phone call first then move on to team interview. Professional and detailed introduction about the form and team. Also job responsibilities. The interviewer is nice. The conversation was pleasant. Look forward to the next steps.

It was a quick and nice interview in the morning and was asked about proficiency with Microstation, Revit, AutoCAD. I did not feel pressured and was able to answer questions alright.

Very straight forward. No silly questions. They gauge how well you can do the job - that's all that's important. I felt comfortable during the entire process and communication after the interview was quick.

I had a phone interview after submitting my resume. We discussed applicable knowledge to the internship and my goals for an intern experience. We also discussed availability for the summer.

Gia Eppolito was an absolute pleasure to work with. Our first conversation was so simple and easy, I felt like I had known her doe years. I knew that things were going well when we didn't let the technical hiccups bother us and it truly was a genuine conversation. The pace and follow ups for the next steps had a great timeline. I did not feel presured at all, even though Gannett reached out to me first. To summarize the process, I was contacted by a researcher who passed on my contact information to Gannett (Gia). I promptly was contacted by Gia and set up a call. After our conversation, we set up a follow up with my Manager. Our conversation lead to another meeting with some key staff. Afterwards, our conversations become more serious and an offer was made and I accepted. It was a simple and easy process that was handled with expertise.
