I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Gap (Minnetonka, MN) in Sept 2021
Interview
quick, easy and informative. Relaxed, nothing to worry about. They also will ask about hours you can work, pay and some basic customer service questions and how you would deal with certain situations with customers. Nothing too hard, just be thoughtful. Make sure you dress. to the aesthetic of gap and its brands. Make eye contact and smile;.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked availbility and customer service questions.
Group interview with other candidates with the store manager. Arrive at the store and wait for other candidates. Then interview happens in break room and it lasted roughly about 30-60minutes
It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
