Absolutely bizarre. You take a grammar test designed for grade schoolers and then are forced to interpret an insurance policy, despite expressing no interest in insurance law whatsoever. Afterwards, you get grilled by the managing partner about said insurance policy. I think there was a typing speed test at some point?

Can't agree more with other reviews. A 4 hour process including rudimentary spelling and grammar, a TYPING test, (wpm, FCOL) and research and writing designed to assuage the ego
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Gauntlett & Associates in Jul 2017
Interview

Interview questions [3]
Question 1
Was asked whether I could move directly next to the firm, apparently the hours are inflexible for his associates and sounded like a sweat shop environment.
Was asked to highlight my accomplishments, he had my writing samples of well written and winning arguments, which he seemed to dismiss as unimportant until he could see if I could produce them in whatever timed conditions he thought was appropriate. Acting like a diva where big law does not even act as he did and where a firm isnt even willing to take care of it's own is inappropriate.
