Applied, went down to the store same day to speak to the store manager to show interest. Got a call a couple days later to schedule an interview. This store has no Geek Squad Manager currently so my first interview was with the GM. Got a call back a little over a week later (took so long due to others who had applied needed to reschedule their interviews). Very easy interview process. Two interviews, one with the Geek squad manager, the other with the stores General Manager. The entire process was with 2 weeks of receiving my initial call.

Was called for an interview. Never got a call for not getting job. We sat in the interviewers office and discussed the position. The manager of Geek Squad stated that he would call me back and never did.

Interview
Applied on a Wednesday then received a phone interview the very next day. I had to explain my background and work experience, my stance on employees who steal, and why I want to work at Best Buy. I was offered an interview with the General Manager the following day. The General Manager asked more questions, mostly about customer relations and satisfaction. At the end, I was given the "we'll look at the rest of the applicants before making a decision". After 3 weeks, I got hired.
