Interview
I was a contractor prior to getting employed. I had 9 different interviews over the course of a month - interview was detailed but not technical in nature. Focus was on soft skills and management/problem solving style

Question 1
Name a difficult situation you worked through and what was the outcome?
Lengthy but overall friendly and fairly transparent process. Staff was open about the benefits and challenges of the role. Turned out not to be the right opportunity at the right time but the parting ways was also friendly.
