I was reached out on Linkedin. HR calling later meeting with hiring team. The process is slower and it is recommended to check with recruiter. I also recommend in person request for interview.
Consist of hiring manager, HR, and technical leader. Questions need to be answered in STAR format. Questions are around people leading and manufacturing experience. Interview was virtual. Scheduling the interview was easy through email.
