Applied online. Networked with a few people in the division. Had a 30 minute zoom interview with two professionals where it was a behavioral/fit interview. An understanding of the role and strong behavioral answers is critical.

Easier than most places to get hired but it can take one moth to finally hear back as they are always going through hiring process. HR is very courteous and keeps you informed. My hiring manager was rude at times but she id provide prompt responses.
