After completing four interview rounds, with CTC and role clearly discussed during the initial screening, the process was dragged on for weeks. Communication from HR Ashwini Naidu stalled at the final stage, with no clear updates or closure. Citing internal changes after such an extended and intensive process reflects weak planning and unprofessional candidate handling. This hiring process needs serious improvement in accountability and communication.
