I arrived at their corporate office in downtown Cincinnati on somewhat short notice and was welcomed in. I interviewed with their Director of Sales & Business Technology, Senior Structural Designer and Product Development Manager. They were gracious and understanding about me being five minutes late, as my niece had just been delivered and I was somewhat distracted. They asked me about my knowledge of their company and my design experience, with them saying I could be a good fit for a full-time position down the line. They ended the interview by referring to me as the "perfect candidate". By the time I arrived home, I was offered the job.
