Four-stage process. One pre-screen with hiring manager, one panel interview with prepared 5-min presentation on a question they posed, one final interview with hiring manager and hiring manager's manager, and one in-person lunch (not a formal interview, but who are we kidding?)

Advanced Question: Measuring Project Success: Provide an example of a prior experience where you developed and implemented "novel" accountability metrics (KPIs) to measure a project's performance, success, and/or impacts. What was the process used to determine what was to be measured and how was the implementation process introduced? Follow-Up 1: What accountability tactics were put in place to identify any needed adjustments in the process once launched? Follow-Up 2: How did you contribute to successfully communicating the metrics/results to the project sponsor?
