Interview
A series of interviews with the staff all working from a set of prepared questions. Everyone seemed very friendly and appeared like they wanted me to get the job. They had people in multiple locations so some of the interviews were in person, some were over the phone and one was done by video conference.

How could my last role/project have turned out better?
Given an dataset exercise with minimal directions, need to come up with an answer with own qualitative and quantitative research. The exercise itself is not the most difficult, but writing the report and being able to share the report is hard.

Need to submit online report before face to face interview. Once passed the first round, need to do another online interview with team member outside the country. The online report is pretty tricky and requires some time to prepare.

Interview
Painfully Long , interview process started in December of 2019 and just ended in Feburary of 2020. Had to take another offer, before they admitted they were just giving me the reach around. They will blatantly waste your time for months only to give you no answer on your status as a candidate.
