Give us an example of how you use data to justify your decisions?

I mentioned that I used Facebook to analyze customer acceptance and perception of an innovative product. I conducted research in 4 different states, using Utah as the control and Florida, California, and New York as the alternative offers. I ended up finding that the product would not have the expected user acceptance and market penetration. I also found out that a different product would have better acceptance. The business took my research to modify the business model and pivot the product. They have succeeded with the new product, while the original product that intended to be provided does not do as well compared to the newly found product discovered in the research!
