Very stressful interview. Too many rounds. HR interview is stupid, but the interview with executive director was difficult.
Too much stress on sales and less on marketing even though the position was for marketing. Overall a very good expereince

Negotiation

Not at all. They didn't make any room for it.

    Full day assessment center with many activites, including a couple of interviews, role play, case study and group exercises. An external company is hired to make the assessment, mainly guided by company´s values. Activities are led by the external comany associates and also company HR and business leaders. Great experience, but intense.
