Got contacted by HR Rep about this opportunity, sent in my updated resume and 3 days later speaks with the IT Director for the phone interview. Everything seem go well with the interview. After the phone interview, I contacted the HR Rep to follow up and receive NO reply. Very unprofessional for a company like this.
