I was called for a brief Phone interview. For the role of Sales Representative and an opportunity for a management role. The interviewer was unable to pull up the resume I provided and only asked me 2 questions before offering me to come in for an in-person interview. After doing a bit more research on the company I found that the positions available were 100% commission based and that is not what I was looking for.

Following the initial call. There was a 15 minute conference call with the company owners for a company review first. After that process you're either invited to another interview or they continue on in the process for people who better meet the company qualifications.

It was given question in paper and you have to write answer ! There were more than 10 questions . I got call back same day and got second interview and enrolled course to prepare for license but we need to pay our money to get license
