I was quickly contacted for a 1st interview after submitting my CV. I went as far ahead as 2 interviews and 1 take home assessment, meaning I only had 1 more step before getting an offer, if I succeeded. Both recruiters and hiring managers were excellent and thoughtful during the first interviews. But I was disappointed to have been "ghosted" after the assessment part. Never received any actual feedback on it, even after I directly asked for it. Only got 2 general rejection e-mails.
