I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Goldman Sachs (Dallas, TX) in Jan 2025
Interview
The interview panel lacked diversity, which might indicates a biased or homogeneous hiring process. Disorganized SDLC Discussion: Instead of a structured conversation, both interviewers were asking overlapping or conflicting questions, making it difficult for me to provide clear answers. The interviewers themselves seemed unprepared or lacking experience in conducting structured interviews, leading to confusion and an unprofessional experience.
