The HR called to schedule an interview. Promptly scheduled one and kept rescheduling. Finally when we met for the interview, the role description was completely different. They were looking for a customer success role and sales while the advertised job description was for As an Engagement Manager/Consultant: Work with Fortune 500 companies as a thought partner in shaping their global volunteering programs Develop ambitious,large scale, campaigns across 100+ countries to help clients achieve their volunteering goals Contribute to ongoing analysis and problem solving to overcome challenges that impede achievement of goals. Lead and develop teams that offer and deliver impactful volunteering experiences for 10 Mn+ employees Key Requirements - Experience, Skills and Competencies : 5+ years of experience in managing projects and building client relationships in a consulting set up (Social Impact Consulting experience will be a huge plus) Passion for social impact and belief in the impact that can be delivered by purpose-led engagement of the workforce Strong analytical abilities, both quantitative and qualitative Exceptional articulation skills (written and verbal) to present - ideas, approaches and solutions Bias for action, high energy, perseverance, low ego and boundaryless behaviour to propel the team and organization forward The interviewer seemed unprepared and probably was confused with the role they were hiring for since Senior Customer Success manager was also an open role

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Goodera in Aug 2022
Horrible and humiliating experience. I was called for a round, then was asked to submit an assignment. I then received a call saying I had cleared the rounds and was supposed to sit for the third round. On the day of the 3rd round, I was ghosted. I waited for 30 mins, but nobody showed up, despite my calls and mails which went unanswered. Later I got a call from one of the HR saying my interview was rescheduled. And thankfully it happened. So I gave the 3rd round interview, and it went really great, equally good as or better than the previous one. However, all of a sudden, hardly an hour after the interview, I got this standardized copy-pasted email- "Thank you for taking the time to consider Goodera. We wanted to let you know that, after much consideration, at this point, we are not able to proceed with your application." It was so humiliating to be pushed aside with no feedback. Also, please note that both the interviewers were on the same post for which I interviewed for. Not a single manager! What an unstructured confused organisation with a haphazard hiring process.

Total three rounds of interview. First Round: Problem solving and language based question Second Round: Data Structure and Algorithm Round and they gave brief introduction about the company product Third Round: Data Structure and Algorithm Round and design round.

Very bad interview process. 1st round was ok. Then in 2nd round for 1 hour he was telling me about compnay only. there was no discussion at all. Then same guy schedule another interview for half n hour. He copied and pasted same question that previous interviewer gave me. On notifying him about this problem he suddenly gave me another problem from internet whose input and output he was not aware of. He was not sure how we can do this but he was expecting from i should be able t answer and verify all my doubts with in half n hr. i gave him good solution with good approach then he said we don't have remaining time for optimisation. Still. gave him further scope of optimisation. finally i got to know i am not selected.

Dear team, Understand that in any organisation its a two way street. As much as you need to like the candidate, they must feel the same. I had one of the worst assignment feedback calls of my career with your global head of marketing. The tone was Sooo demoralising, that it made me feel like the effort I put was worthless. Im only glad that your company declined my application. Even before joining your organisation I was made to feel so miserable, imagine if I’d actually joined.

Overall good interview process! Interviews were organized well and communicated in a timely manner. Interviewers were great as well. The process was not over. The position was put on hold due to covid.

It was fun, interactive and less nervous-y. The interviewer was really chill and did take a lot of pressure off of me. The session went well and it was a good way to understand what my daily life at the company would be like and also what is expected of me if I join.

The interview process overall is pathetic. The entire process lasted for over 1.5 months. After taking 6-7 rounds and asking me for my Salary slips and offer letter, they decided to not roll out the offer. They would schedule call based on their availability, will keep you engaged to make sure that you are not accepting any other offer and would say Sorry at the end. This is more like a beginning of a Badera.

The overall experience was good. It has two rounds. First, is basically the introduction round which revolves around your resume and previous year experience or graduation.Second round is Hr and Technical. Second round is for one hour.Half an hour for Hr questions and half an hour for technical. Basic questions were asked in HR and about the company. Technical questions were based on SQL.
