The interview process began with an initial call from HR to discuss the role and assess overall fit. This was followed by a Teams interview with the Head of Marketing, where we discussed the team dynamics and my relevant experience. Afterwards, I had a face-to-face meeting with the local Sales Manager to explore the collaboration between marketing and sales. Finally, I had a Teams meeting with the Director of Marketing Commercial EMEA, which focused more on the strategic direction and how I could contribute at a regional level.
