I applied online. I interviewed at Gyosei International School (Kisarazu)

Basically you apply through Gaijinpot.com Then they will ask you to come in for a short interview with some of the full time teachers. They will ask you typical ESL interview questions such as " What is your worst trait as a teacher?" "What do you love most about teaching?" Why are you in Japan, and how long will you stay in Japan?"
