Had two rounds of interview, they asked me if I was willing to come to Sion to meet and discuss my salary and expectations. They told me I was what they were looking for. After 3 weeks of no follow up email I asked them if everything is ok, am I still in the run for the position. They just ghosted me.
Such a poor company culture.
