Interview
Welcomed me to the interview and settled any nerves by telling me about the role and asked why I wanted the specific role and why I wanted to work at HSBC. The interview then followed with 3 competency based questions which were tell me a time I dealt with a risk, provided excellent customer service and collaborating/team work. The interview then followed with a role play, where I had to read a script which was fairly simple. To be successful, you need to also pass the online assessment.
