The interview process was very simple and productive - I sat down with the general manager and assistant manager and talked about my experience and goals. They were very easy to talk to and friendly. They had well thought-out questions as opposed to the standard, blanket questions you typically get in interviews.

I first had a short interview with the Front Desk Department Manager where we discussed my customer service experience, availability, and how I would handle guest situations. After that, I had a second interview with the General Manager, which was more conversational and focused on teamwork, communication skills, and reliability. The entire process was completed within about a week and the atmosphere was welcoming.
