We are very concerned by this feedback as it is our practice to close the loop with all unsuccessful applicants. As a result, we conducted a review of all recent postings to understand what happened. We did indeed post a “Content Production Assistant” role; however, it was changed to Assistant Instructional Designer before any candidates were contacted. We also found a similar role, titled “Video Production Assistant” however, the hiring manager was not involved in the hiring process, which indicates this is also not the role in question.
