The interview process consisted of an hour long interview the recruiter for the department. Then a call with the current expert to go over my experience doing the technical work of the job. Then there were more interviews with upper management

Q: What was one project where you have gathered requirements and coordinated with multiple groups to present a data supported solution?
Nice team, allowed for enough time to explain the project, and for questions. I felt like I was heard, and didnt feel rushed. This was just the first call. Waiting to hear back on the second round.

The BA position interview process involved;
- Call with the Recruiter
- 1st Round Interview with the Hiring Manager - determining how well you fit the role and a background.
- A Case Study
- 2nd Round Interview with another member of the team - behavioral based questions
- HR interview to assess how you align with the organization's values and goals.
The process was thorough and challenging with respect to establishing good character and background. Each interview lasted around 45-60 minutes. Communication with the team throughout was strong
