I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Hibu
Interview
There were multiple interviews. Two phone interviews and then I Had to travel for a couple of them. It's a very lengthy process. Makes you feel like it's a good decision. But after you get the job it's completely unorganized. You are given 3 months to grow A territory from nothing. All cold calls. And most companies do not like Hibu because they continue to have new reps 2 times a year, no consistency, makes the customers uneasy. They want someone to be there for them and create relationships. Hibu is like a car dealership. They want you to sell quick and move on. Then they hand over the account to phone sales. Doesn't make businesses feel
Very important
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What are your long term goals, even though they don't give you a chance to meet those goals.
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Hibu in Dec 2018
Interview
Pretty easy. The basic sales rep questions. First you interview over the phone, then you meet the territory manager face to face. String you along. They do not make a decision quickly. Waste of time. Other companies out there that do not drag their feet like this one does.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hibu (King of Prussia, PA) in Jan 2018
Interview
The interview process was the absolute worst I have ever experienced. There were a series of several lengthy tests. After that, was an interview with 5 people, including three managers of the department. All of them were in the the room with me at the same time, alternating their questions like a firing squad. The department managers were cold and impersonal. The total interview process took approximately 4.5 hours without an offer for a break in between at least 3 lengthy tests and the actual interview questions. Communication prior to the interview did convey their process or length of time to be at the interview. All of this for an extremely low-level, low-paying job.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Hibu (Des Moines, IA) in Apr 2017
Interview
The interview process is easy and fairly low key. The interview and evaluation with the manager was friendly and we quickly built a good repore. However, the real evaluation of your abilities and skills happens when you attend training in PA.
