It was the 2 step process, at first they conducted a computer based aptitude test which was comprised of questions from Reasoning, quants, verbal ability and general knowledge. Then next step was interview which took place for 15-20 min.

It was an on campus process. First there was an aptitude and english test. Then the interview was telephonic. The person interviewing asked questions from technical as well as HR. Questions were pretty basic and easy to answer. They offered internship to everyone qualifying the aptitude round in metallurgy and mining.
