The process started with an online critical thinking test followed by two rounds of interviews. First interview was with the analytics team managers, and second with the Head and Chair of my team. I was then contacted by HR and offered the job shortly after the second interview, the next day.

Interview
Two interviews. An initial "formal" albeit relaxed interview in a fairly standard format, with the usual questions about my background, and some competency based questions to test my thinking. The initial interviewers established that I wasn't the person they were looking for in that exact role, but they instead offered me an interview for a more suitable position. This was a very relaxed and informal chat over a cup of coffee, again centred around my own goals and competencies.
