There were three interviews. The first was with a recruiter, the second with that recruiter and the manager, and the third with the manager and the CEO. Almost all of their questions were some form of listing a strength and a weakness, or a success and a failure. Be sure to know this for every part of your career and have multiple answers. The recruiter was very accurate in his descriptions of upcoming interviews and was helpful.
