Interviewed by the GM. I was asked basic questions about when I could work as far as days of the week and what shift I preferred to work. I was also asked if I had computer skills so that I could handle making reservations. I was asked about my comfort level talking on the phone to make reservations.
first applied through website, then I was invited for interview by the general manager at the hotel location then I got offer in a week after that. It was pretty straight forward.

Waited an annoying amount of time to be greeted, assistant manager sat down with me in the hotel lobby, and asked basic interview questions. Process was maybe 30 minutes in total.

Asked me about my availability during holiday breaks as a college student.
Easy going, asked about my resume and questions about why I wanted to be there. Also asked about what I wanted my hourly pay to be. I thought the process wasn't bad overall.
