Relatively easy; they just want to make sure that you can handle guests' issues in a timely and professional fashion. Asked what I would do in certain situations with a guest, i.e if a guest became agitated and started yelling about a cancellation policy.

Waited an annoying amount of time to be greeted, assistant manager sat down with me in the hotel lobby, and asked basic interview questions. Process was maybe 30 minutes in total.

Asked me about my availability during holiday breaks as a college student.
Easy going, asked about my resume and questions about why I wanted to be there. Also asked about what I wanted my hourly pay to be. I thought the process wasn't bad overall.
