The people working at hotjar are very nice and friendly. The process is time consuming, I suggest to invest in applying to Hotjar only if you are really interested in working with them. The interview process is transparent and very well described on their website, there's no need to repeat it here.
Interview questions
- Things like: - why are you changing your job? - asked questions about personal questions previously answered in the online form - nginx, load balancing, python code, ansible - if you had to design a chat system, what technologies would you use?
