Being in leadership you get to interact with individuals with different level of understanding, opinions, and serving as a leader I have developed skills to bring synergy to all this conflicting ideas among members of a group of lead to achieving goals as a group and not as autonomous individuals. Leadership had help me to listen and consolidate ideas from members groups a skill vital in an job I will be understaking in the near future Regards

By being in the position of a student leader i came across many situations which many of the students would love to stay away from. During working across different people with different mindsets who all together expect different things from me I kind of developed a perspective about what people thing about me and what exactly they want from me.So it is always easier for me judge instantly in situations and also to provide a better service to the employeer
