I don't believe in the glitzy sales persona. I like to known as a "trusted advisor" leading a company to a product with true ROI and benefit. I need to have the knowledge behind me of the power of my product. I think friendly vs pushy wins every time. With these actions put forth, you see your target, lower the walls and it's time to jump in, at that point. They're hooked, you're the best solution. Then, they want to move forward.
