First Round: online tech interview; Second Round: phone interview with department HR, asking questions about current technologies, asking questions about your former experiences according to your resume; Final Round: phone interview with department director, asking questions about your former experiences according to your resume, asking questions about personal plan and testing your logical thinking skills.

Got a call first from manager then request candidate to face to face interview. After 1week after first round interview, then got second round interview. Good, friendly interview process, questions are not difficult.
