I did a montage interview for the first round. It seemed very inefficient and the system was very poor. Second, I was scheduled to interview at their San Antonio office. They called me around 5 pm on a Thursday and gave me an interview at 9 am for the next day. I thought this was pretty strange, as I usually got more time to prepare. The recruiter told me I would be meeting with two managers, but I ended up meeting with a regular employee and another regular employee who was also asking questions through the phone. When we were looking for the interview room, they took me to 3 different rooms and kept saying "Oh wait, I don't think this is our room, I think I'm lost." At the end of the interview, they gave me an excel assignment and told me I had 30 minutes to complete it. The person I interviewed with stopped me after 5 minutes and told me she had to go to a meeting soon and so she just stated that I didn't complete it in the 5 minutes I was given in a joking manner. Apparently, the recruiter was supposed to tell me in advance that I would be given an excel assignment and it turns out she forgot. You may not like the office either as it is basically a call center, and you have to call/skype with most of the people you would be working with if you don't work at their Louisville location.
